Therapists and audiologists from around the United States participated in the first Advanced VRT Course at AIB. AIB has been providing VRT courses since 1994. This course is designed for those furthering their education in vestibular rehabilitation. Topics included advanced VRT protocols to improve treatment outcomes for vestibular disorders. Additional topics included: pediatrics, psychological and psychiatric aspects of dizziness, and advanced BPPV treatment protocols. This two day worshop also allowed break-out sessions for demonstrations and hands-on learning with Dr. Gans.
