The American Institute of Balance (AlB) was founded in 1992, and is among the country’s largest multi-specialty centers for evaluation and treatment of dizziness and balance disorders. The Institute is internationally known for its expertise in evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation. The institute’s therapy programs are used by physicians, audiologists and therapists worldwide.
